Patent Agent or Technical Advisor - Ph.D. Organic Chemistry
Our client is a major international firm, seeking an experienced Patent Agent or Technical Advisor for its premier Life Sciences Patent Counseling and Prosecution Group in Philadelphia.
Qualifications
- Experience with pharma and life sciences patent prosecution, including patent drafting, prosecution, due diligence, and patentability and freedom to operate analyses.
- Advanced degree in Organic Chemistry, with a Ph.D. preferred.
- USPTO Registration is preferred.
- Prior industry experience working as a scientist is preferred.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
