Trademark Associate
Our client is a top firm, seeking a trademark associate with 2-6 years of experience for its Washington, DC, Alexandria, VA, Pittsburgh, Tampa, Philadelphia, and King of Prussia offices. The salary range for this position is between $200k to $250k.
Qualifications
- 2-6 years of trademark prosecution and enforcement experience, including trademark registration, branding, enforcement, and litigation within a range of industries.
- Experience managing trademark registrations from inception to registration.
- Conducting trademark searches and preparing and filing applications with the USPTO.
- Preparing responses to Office Actions and developing global trademark portfolio strategies.
- Prosecuting international trademark applications and coordinate global trademark enforcement efforts.
- Prepare pleadings, and supporting discovery efforts in litigation matters.
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues.
- Strong academic credentials.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice or ability to become admitted.
