Trademark Associate
Our client is an Am law 100 firm, seeking a Trademark Associate for its New York, San Diego or San Francisco offices. Salary range is between $260k to $365k. Law firm experience is required. The firm will consider candidates with both law firm and in-house experience.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of substantial hands-on trademark experience involving domestic and international trademark clearance searches, trademark prosecution and enforcement.
- Additional experience preferred in Madrid Protocol filings, enforcement investigations, draft cease and desist letters and takedown notices.
- Experience negotiating trademark settlement and coexistence agreements, draft trademark, copyright and NIL licenses and assignments, copyright counseling and filing, domain name enforcement including drafting UDRP complaints.
- Excellent legal research, legal writing and analytical skills.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Team player; strong client-facing skills.
- New York or California bar admission is required.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Salary : $260,000 - $365,000
