Job Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent/ Assistant to the GM for our Fort Myers Beach based resort. A plus if you are currently in a similar position with a hotel or time-share resort. You are curious, upbeat and creative.

Schedule:
- Day shift
- 3 Saturdays per month, closed Sundays
Work Location: In person
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions promptly.
- Support the General Manager with administrative and operational tasks.
- Utilize computer skills to manage office tasks and maintain organization within the workspace.
