What We’re Looking For:

• Complete open availability – We need someone who’s ready to take on any shift, because the action at Marina84 never stops!
• Local candidates only – If you’re already located in the Fort Lauderdale area, we want to hear from you.
• Prior bar & restaurant experience – From expertly crafting cocktails to delivering excellent service, you’ve done it all. We’re looking for someone with hands-on knowledge of bar operations, including inventory management.
• Strong cash-handling skills – You’ll need to know how to count tills (banks), cash out employees at the end of their shifts, and ensure every penny is accounted for.
• High-volume restaurant experience – Marina84 is a fast-paced, exciting environment, and we need someone who thrives in the hustle and bustle of a busy restaurant.

• Leading and supporting the front-of-house staff during service.
• Managing daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient shifts.
• Training and mentoring team members to deliver top-notch service.
• Overseeing bar inventory and ensuring proper stock levels.
• Handling cash responsibilities, including counting tills and cashing out employees.
• Assisting with event coordination and creating an exciting atmosphere for our guests.
