We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our Stockroom team for the summer of 2025. This temporary, part-time role offers a morning schedule from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, Monday through Friday freeing up your afternoons and weekends to soak in the sun and explore the vibrant surroundings of Woods Hole and Cape Cod.
The ideal candidate will be available to work June 2 – August 29, 2025, possess a High School diploma, have strong attention to detail, and exhibit a friendly and self-motivated attitude! Some chemical safety training and previous customer service experience in a research environment is preferred.
This position involves interacting with all levels of MBL staff, students, and visiting scientists and the primary responsibilities include:

- Receive deliveries and efficiently restock shelves.
- Assist with the annual inventory process.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and provide detailed information on available items and services.
