About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and revenue growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your ability to build rapport and provide exceptional service will be key to our success.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Qualification
- Proactively generate leads through various channels, including inbound calls, website inquiries, email marketing campaigns, and online platforms.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their fit with Marine Concepts' products and services.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Marine Concepts' products to potential customers.
- Schedule appointments and demos for qualified leads with the appropriate sales representatives or dealers.
- Pass qualified leads to our national dealer network and ensure our dealer are able to connect with each customer.
- CRM Management (HubSpot)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, contacts, and interactions within HubSpot.
- Track and manage sales activities, including calls, emails, and appointments.
- Utilize HubSpot to automate sales processes and improve efficiency.
- Generate reports and analyze data to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Customer Engagement and Support
- Provide exceptional customer service to inbound inquiries and existing customers.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team and dealer network to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Dealer Support
- Collaborate with our national dealer network to distribute qualified leads and support their sales efforts.
- Provide dealers with product information, marketing materials, and sales tools.
- Maintain regular communication with dealers to address their needs and gather feedback.
Sales Support
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing proposals and presentations.
- Track sales performance and provide reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date on Marine Concepts' products, services, and promotions.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or a related role, preferably in the consumer goods or marine industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
