**Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, GA is participating in the Pilot program allowing authorized current DoD Civilian Employees to have limited commissary shopping privileges. Major Duties
What to Expect
Prepares and maintains assigned reports, correspondence, and statistical and financial data pertaining to components for USDA.
Prepares and submits monthly claims for reimbursement to the USDA Coordinator in a timely manner.
Establishes suspense dates to collect responses and submits information as required by requests.
Assists in the enrollment and participation of CYP facilities and FCC homes in the USDA program.
Assists with training for CYP professionals to include FCC providers.
Assists Coordinator in completing duties required by USDA to include but not limited to Sponsoring Organization reviews, food analysis, reviews of meal audits, and food allergy and substitution submissions for Cooks.
Must pass a pre- employment physical and annual physicals thereafter, provide evidence of immunization and be free from communicable disease.
Must maintain current food handlers, CPR and First Aid certifications.
May be required to obtain a government driver's license and government purchase card.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Skill to organize and coordinate multiple high visibility projects simultaneously.
Skills to prepare documentation and presentations in proper format in accordance with naval correspondence rules of grammar and punctuation.
Skills to operate a computer and associated peripheral equipment and software.
Knowledge of a variety of support functions such as gathering statistical data, monitoring and reporting on support budgets, assisting in developing financial plans; obligating funds; maintaining stock of office supplies.
Skills to deal with employees at various levels in the organization and to represent the program with customers external to the organization.
Must be able to obtain and maintain TIER-1 Childcare (CNACI) background checks which are required for positions that involve working with children under 18 years of age.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, and possess strong interpersonal communication skills.
