What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compliance Representative position at Marine Federal Credit Union?
The Compliance Representative will be responsible for assisting the Senior Manager of Compliance and Legal with implementing and managing the credit union’s compliance program. Duties includes but are not limited to assisting with researching staff compliance questions, reviewing documents, policy and guideline review, reviewing reports, and assisting with compliance-related risk assessments. To qualify for this position, you will need to communicate with employees and management regarding compliance regulations in simple and everyday language. In addition, this position will assist with regulatory research and projects and will be expected to stay abreast of changes in regulatory compliance laws, rules, and regulations that apply to the credit union.
Experience requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Previous financial institution compliance experience preferred
· At least 2 years’ financial industry experience preferred
· Excellent research and writing skills required

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
