What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Training Coordinator position at Marine Federal Credit Union?
To qualify for this full-time position, you must embody Marine Federal Credit Union's core values, be professional in dress and manner, have effective oral and written communication, be detail-oriented, demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, and possess excellent time management skills.
The Training Coordinator will spend time cross training in the branches, call center and other departments, conduct training, draft and update procedures, create content for workshops and continued learning, and work closely with the Projects & Performance Department, task forces and projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MFCU policies, guidelines, and procedures and can make presentations in front of groups of employees and members in a professional manner. The right attitude and ability to forge positive relationships within the credit union is a must!
The ability to be flexible and adjust to scheduling as needed is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
