What are we looking for?
Marine Travelift Mid-Atlantic is excited to be adding two full-time field service technicians to our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing services to domestic Marine Travelift & Shuttlelift customers and equipment. As a tech, you will work 50-60 hours / week and travel overnight approximately 70% of the year.
Most travel will occur in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, & South Carolina.
As a Field Service Technician, you will…
- Erect new equipment at customer sites and provide customer training on equipment usage and proper maintenance.
- Conduct field inspections on equipment previously purchased and provide feedback to the customer.
- Prepare and submit inspection reports and parts list from inspections to the CustomerCare team.
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance checks on machines currently in service at customer sites.
- Complete all other duties and responsibilities that are assigned.
