Job Summary
This role plans and executes strategies to ensure adequate source of supply is available to meet production requirements at optimal quality, service, and cost. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the spend of direct materials for Dometic Pompano and collaborating with other Dometic divisions to leverage spend in order to control and reduce cost and maintain competitiveness.
About the Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a minimum of 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in purchasing and sourcing. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in sourcing, project management, purchasing, inventory control, customs, logistics, and regulatory compliance.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven administrative background, and skills in sourcing, project management, purchasing, inventory control, customs, logistics, and or regulatory compliance.
- Tactful and agile communication skills.
- Demonstrated sound judgement and ability to make balanced decisions.
