Spring 2025 Tax Intern

We are currently searching for qualified candidates to join our team as a tax Intern for the spring or summer of 2025 in various Mariner locations. This paid intern will assist our staff members in servicing high net worth individuals with a focus on personal, Fiduciary, S-Corporation, partnership, private foundation, and gift tax returns. If you love building relationships, managing a diversity of tasks, have a strong attention to detail, and want to be an important part of a growing team, then this opportunity is for you!
During the Mariner Internship Program, you will:
• Be immersed in tax: Service clients as it relates to planning, and other projects
• Develop professionally: Assist in the preparation of tax returns, income tax projections, estimated tax vouchers, extension forms, and other work supporting our clients
• Foster connections: Grow your network as you meet with and learn from the tax team
• Experience our ‘Giving Back’ culture: Engage with our Mariner Foundation through community involvement events
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and December 2026
• Demonstrated leadership experience through work or extracurricular activities
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective in communicating to a variety of audiences both written and oral
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Word and Excel
