About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Mariner Sands Country Club. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service by preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your main goal will be to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our members, while ensuring compliance with all safety and health regulations. You will work closely with other team members to maintain a clean and organized bar area, and to ensure that all members are satisfied with their experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift and carry heavy weight
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in bartending or mixology
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, according to guest requests and company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations, including checking identification and monitoring guest behavior
- Provide excellent guest service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items and specials
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all guests are satisfied with their experience

As a Bartender, you will use your bartending skills and knowledge to prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
