The recruiter plays a vital role on the Mariner team, responsible for providing exceptional client service. This recruiter will be focused on hiring a variety of roles supporting our headquarters and advisory solutions. This includes recruiting for roles in areas such as IT, accounting and finance, trust, compliance, and others. As one of the first points of contact for candidates, the recruiter is key to ensuring a positive candidate experience that goes beyond expectations. Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for our team and other business units
- Strategically research and establish relationships with top performers across the industry and establish contact to generate interest in current or future opportunities with the company
- Leverage social media and other innovative techniques to maintain our competitive edge and further build brand recognition and awareness for the company
- Screen and present qualified candidates to hiring managers for consideration and manage the entire candidate assessment and offer process through to on-boarding
- Promote the Mariner brand in the market through effective advertising, participation in community and college events, networking, direct sourcing activities, educating passive candidates, and ensuring all candidates for positions have a positive experience interacting with the company
- Network and maintain relationships with a wide variety of prospective candidate communities and recruiting resources for short- and long-term hiring opportunities Promote and leverage associate referrals to generate a steady pipeline of qualified candidates

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of full life cycle recruiting
- Experience recruiting for corporate or headquarters roles Experience recruiting for high level VP/SVP level roles preferred

Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrated track record of success building effective relationships with senior executives and hiring managers; service-oriented mindset to support the needs of our team
- Demonstrated track record of success sourcing passive candidates, making warm and cold contacts, and filling high numbers of open positions (both general and specialized roles)
- Savvy in use of modern technology and social media for sourcing and brand promotion
- Must be organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to maintain follow-up
with candidates and hiring managers - Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
