What are the responsibilities and job description for the Forestry Forestry Equipment Operator position at Marinette County Government?
Work on all department projects; operate, maintain, repair and service all department equipment and vehicles.
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; one year experience operating heavy equipment; including, but not limited to, bulldozers, graders, loaders, dump trucks and semi tractor-trailer rigs and driving with a Class A Commercial Driver’s License; valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License; possess working knowledge of mechanics, welding, carpentry and operation, maintenance and repair of small engines, trucks and heavy equipment; active Chainsaw Certification within 6 months of hire.

- 40 hours/week, 10-hour days.
