Marinko’s Desserts is revolutionizing what dessert can be with our raw, plant-based creations. We’re on the lookout for a motivated, high-energy Sales Expert who excels in high-pressure environments and consistently produces stellar outcomes.

This role comprises two dynamic components:
Farmers’ Market Sales – Act as our brand ambassador at the Palo Alto Farmers Market every Sunday from 9:00am - 1:00pm, interacting directly with customers and boosting sales.
Outside Sales – Present our groundbreaking desserts to hotels, restaurants, juice bars, grocery stores, and employee snack programs, securing long-term financial gains.

Your Responsibilities:

At Farmers’ Markets:

• Present & Promote: Present, sample, and market our nutritious, plant-based desserts with genuine passion.
• Customer Interaction: Engage customers, manage transactions, and assume complete responsibility for booth setup and takedown.
• Emphasize Benefits: Offer samples confidently while highlighting the nutritional advantages of our offerings.
• Attract Attention: Display our pioneering desserts with a crisp, professional demeanor that generates excitement.
• Transaction Handling: Process both cash and card transactions with precision and efficiency.

In Outside Sales:

• Relationship Building: Cultivate connections with local businesses, pitch our products, and secure partnerships with restaurants, hotels, juice bars, and more.
• Brand Amplification: Generate enthusiasm and visibility for our brand, both in-person and through strategic outreach efforts.
• Educate Clients: Inform customers and business clients about the distinctive nutritional benefits of our products.
• Sustain Partnerships: Foster enduring relationships with business clients, earning continuous commissions on recurring sales.
