Marinko’s Desserts is redefining what dessert can be with our raw, plant-based creations. We’re searching for a driven, high-energy Sales Professional who thrives in high-pressure situations and knows how to deliver results.
This role has two exciting components:
- Farmers’ Market Sales – Represent our brand at the Sausalito Farmers Market every Sunday from 8:30am - 2:00pm, engaging directly with customers and driving sales.
- Outside Sales – Pitch our revolutionary desserts to hotels, restaurants, juice bars, grocery stores, and employee snack programs, earning long-term financial rewards.

Your Responsibilities:
At Farmers’ Markets:
- Present, sample, and sell our health-conscious, plant-based desserts with enthusiasm. Engage customers, manage transactions, and take full ownership of booth setup/takedown.
- Offer samples with confidence and engage customers by highlighting the nutritional advantages of our products.
- Present and showcase our revolutionary, innovative, and health-conscious desserts to customers passing by.
- Create energy and attention around our booth with a sharp, professional demeanor.
- Manage transactions (cash and card) with accuracy and efficiency.
In Outside Sales:
- Build relationships with local businesses, pitch our products, and secure partnerships with restaurants, hotels, juice bars, and more.
- Create energy and attention around our brand, both in-person and through strategic sales efforts.
- Educate customers and business clients on the unique nutritional benefits of our products.
- Maintain long-term relationships with business clients, earning ongoing commissions on repeat sales.
