My firm is seeking a real estate attorney to manage a 4 paralegals for bank closings for a national lender.
Experience in clear concise communication, title exam/review, creating/balancing Closing Disclosures, preparing loan/signature packages and post-closing procedures is required. We will need someone who can work well in a team setting and can manage multiple files at a time using our systems and procedures.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Oversee the preparation and proofreading of legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Utilize legal software such as PCLaw for case management and billing processes.
- Maintain organized files for contracts, case files, and other important documents related to family law and securities law.
- Assist in the training and supervision of administrative staff within the office.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
