- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the direction of the kitchen supervisor or chef
- Follow recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistent quality and presentation of food
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment
- Stock and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Assist with bussing tables and cleaning dining areas as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors or chefs
