Duties

- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD and Grasshopper to create detailed drawings and models.
- Conduct site assessments to understand project constraints and opportunities for design.
- Collaborate with construction management teams to oversee the building process and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Prepare contract documents, including specifications, drawings, and schedules for project bidding.
- Manage project timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards throughout the design and construction phases.
- Engage in business development activities to identify new opportunities for projects and partnerships.
- Provide interior design recommendations to enhance the functionality and aesthetic appeal of spaces.
- Assist in renovation projects by developing plans that optimize existing structures while adhering to safety regulations.
Skills
- Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD, for creating precise architectural plans.
- Familiarity with Grasshopper for parametric design applications.
- Strong understanding of construction management principles to effectively oversee project execution.

- Experience with Bluebeam for document management and collaboration during the construction process.
