Responsibilities
- Construct and install frameworks for buildings, including walls, roofs, and floors.
- Utilize various materials such as wood, metal, and concrete to create durable structures.
- Perform concrete finishing tasks to ensure smooth surfaces and proper alignment.
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently for site preparation and material handling.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to coordinate installation processes effectively.
- Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged components.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations throughout the construction process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in frame carpentry or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with masonry techniques and concrete forming is a plus.
