GENERAL SUMMARY : One or two person teams are responsible for the creation and assembling of box truck bodies. A very hands-on position where you are part of a team that builds commercial trucks that help provide services and goods throughout WI and the country.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Follow and read assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists.
- Gather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
- Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
- Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
- Verifies specifications by measuring completed component(s).
- Trouble shot assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications.
- Keeps equipment operational.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment.
- Rotate to different work stations
- Effectively and accurately use VMI, Kanban cards, material withdrawal forms, stock, fabricated, and special-order parts so inventory counts are correct
- Complete jobs within planned hours
- Correct data entry into ERP system
- Maintain regular attendance
- Follow and practice MBW’s Safety Policies and OSHA regulations
