What are the responsibilities and job description for the Special Education p-12 - Phillips High School position at Marion Co?

The Marion County Board of Education is seeking applicants for the position of Special Education Teacher p-12 for the 2025-26 school year at Phillips High School in Bear Creek, AL. This is a full-time (187 day) position with all applicable State benefits including retirement and health insurance. Alabama certification in Special Education is preferred. If you do not have a valid Alabama teaching certificate in Special Education, call Mrs. Andrea Cantrell, Special Education Supervisor, at (205) 921-3191 prior to applying. An alternative route to certification may be possible if you have a four-year degree from an accredited university. Application closing date is May 31, 2025.
