Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent and medical office experience is preferred. Bilingual strongly preferred (Spanish/English). Job Duties: Answering phones, scheduling patients; issuing Vital Records (birth and death certificates); greeting and registering patients upon their arrival and obtaining/verifying insurance information, checking immunization status, and updating contact information in multiple programs. Prepares documents for clinical staff and notifies staff when a patient is waiting. Performs checkout process for patients and keys encounters/information into appropriate electronic medical record system. Must enjoy working with the public, working with computers and working in a team environment.
