What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Professional (DSP) position at Marion County Horizon Center?

We currently have Full-Time & Part-Time 2nd & 3rd Shift Direct Support Professional positions in our Decatur, IL CILA homes. We help individuals with developmental disabilities live integrated lives in our local communities. Some examples include swimming, bowling, shopping, fishing, going to the movies, and enjoying many other fun activities! You’ve probably seen us around town and may or may not even have known it!
We're looking for hard-working, dependable, enthusiastic employees who want to serve others. If you enjoy working with people and are looking for a new challenge, we want to meet you! We offer paid training for those new to the field!
Third shift is fantastic for folks attending college as there is generally some quiet time each night for studying!
Vaccination is strongly encouraged… but NOT REQUIRED.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 per hour
