Job Description
Marion Excavating Co., Inc. is looking to hire full-time construction laborers. As a construction laborer for Marion Excavating Co., Inc. you will:
- Be expected to be punctual, reliable, and have an excellent work ethic.
- Experience Required in construction site work.
- You will have the prior knowledge of construction site work grading, utility, sewer, and drainage installation.
- You will be able to tolerate all outside working conditions and able to perform physical labor or other physically strenuous tasks.
The construction laborer position receives competative wages based on experience. Our construction laborers also receives generous benefits such as health insurance, a matching 401k plan, and paid time off.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday 7am-3:30pm
Seasonal overtime is often available working late during the week or Saturdays 7am to noon.
Licenses required for a construction laborer
- OSHA 10 card
- Valid Driver’s License

Marion Excavating takes on a wide range of projects both residential and commercial. We are MassDOT qualified and take on projects at both the state and federal level.
