Job Description
Marion Excavating Co., Inc. is looking to hire full-time construction equipment operator. As a construction equipment operator for Marion Excavating Co., Inc. you will:
- Be expected to be punctual, reliable, and have an excellent work ethic.
- Experience in construction site work grading, utility, sewer, and drainage installation.
- Experience in operating a variety of equipment such as Front End Loaders, Backhoes, Skid Steers, Excavators, Dozers, Graders, etc.
- You will be able to tolerate all outside working conditions and be willing to get out of the machine to do what it takes to get the job done.
- You will be expected to take care of the machines with daily greasing and fueling.
The construction equipment operator position receives competitive wages based on experience. Our construction equipment operator also receives generous benefits such as health insurance, a matching 401k plan, and paid time off.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday 7am-3:30pm
Seasonal overtime is often available working late during the week or Saturdays 7am to noon.
Licenses required for an equipment operator
- OSHA 10 card
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid Hoisting License
