Job Summary
This position works to develop and implement strategic and tactical marketing plans to support clinical areas, ancillary programs and the system as a whole. This role is pivotal in driving brand recognition, increasing market share, and ensuring marketing strategies resonate with consumers and will focus on creative aspects of digital marketing efforts. This position will support front-end website management, content creation, campaign management, and other marketing initiatives to drive traffic and customer engagement. This position will utilize keen understanding of digital marketing trends and the ability to translate data into actionable marketing deliverables. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field
- Three (3) years of related experience in digital marketing, content marketing, campaign management, or a similar role.
Preferred Job Requirements
- Social Media experience
- Three (3) years of graphic design experience
- Strong writing and communication skills with an ability to create compelling content.
- Experience with SEO/SEM and knowledge of current digital marketing best practices.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively and tactfully communicate with patients and their families and guests, co-workers, managers, providers and other hospital personnel on a one-to-one basis using appropriate grammar, vocabulary and word usage.
- Interpersonal skills necessary in order to carry out duties in a professional manner, as well as the ability to work well under stress.
- Highly developed computer skills to include proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and proficiently perform computer applications related to department operations and job function.

- Ability to be discreet and protect the integrity of any confidential matter or information encountered during the performance of job duties.
- Deliver innovative products and compelling marketing campaigns that enhance the brand's visibility and reputation across multiple marketing channels.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Define and manage the brand's value proposition, messaging, and positioning across all channels.
- Monitor strategy performance and make data driven decisions to optimize the marketing portfolio.
- Create compelling content and visuals that effectively communicate the brand's story.
- Manage relationships with creative agencies and media partners to maximize brand exposure.
- Use data analytics to inform marketing strategies and overall brand direction.
- Utilize SEO, SEM to maximize online visibility and engagement
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Support implementation of CRO strategies to increase website conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and engagement metrics utilizing tools like Fresh Paint to optimize marketing efforts.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Experience with shooting and editing video content, motion graphics and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar software.
Working Conditions
- Typical office environment with prolonged sitting and occasional standing and walking.
- Work may be subject to interruptions and occasional high stress levels.
- Works with highly confidential information which may be proprietary or protected health information.
- Ability to work extended hours or weekends based on the needs of the department.
- May attend special functions and meetings at various locations within the hospital and community.
- Occasional overnight stays.
