We are seeking an on-site IT Specialist to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs. The successful candidate will have improved skills, proven professional experience with requirements associated with CMMC, and a detailed knowledge of industry best practice processes.

- Windows desktops
- VoIP phone system
- Electronic access controls
- Office 365 GCC High
- KACE SMA
- Disaster recovery
- Epicor ERP
- Procurement of hardware, software, and other equipment for the functioning of Marion Manufacturing
- IT asset management
- Provides user support
- Advocates for IT
- Communicates technical terms to non-technical staff and provides training as needed
- Maintains and adjusts procedures for CMMC compliance
- Analyzes business requirements for individual departments
- Ensures that security policies are maintained, updated, and followed
