Are you someone who enjoys making sure everything runs smoothly? We’re looking for a friendly and organized individual to join us as a part-time House Manager, overseeing day-to-day activities at our venue.
Key Responsibilities:
- You’ll be the go-to person for events, helping with film screenings, live performances, and rental occasions.
- Manage spaces from the front doors to various rooms, ensuring everything is ready for each event.
- Use your excellent people skills to communicate effectively with patrons, volunteers, and our team.
- Handle transactions with a keen eye for detail, making sure everything adds up.
- Stay calm and collected during emergencies, providing support and quick decisions.
- Navigate unpredictable situations using good old common sense.
Qualifications:
- You don’t need to be an expert, but a passion for the arts is a plus.
- Keep a level head, even when things get busy.
- Juggle multiple tasks and stay on top of things.
