Description
Maps Credit Union seeks a Fiserv DNA Core System Administrator to manage and maintain our Fiserv DNA core banking system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in core administration, a deep understanding of Fiserv DNA, and a proven track record of ensuring system stability, performance, and security. This role is critical to the smooth operation of our banking services and requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can operate both independently and as part of a team.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Oversee the daily operations of the Fiserv DNA core banking system, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within the core system, implementing measures to prevent data corruption and loss.
- Provide advanced technical support for complex issues, working closely with IT staff and vendors to resolve problems efficiently.
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Continuously monitor system performance, identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact operations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes.
- Participate in Fiserv DNA training, Fiserv Community, and other opportunities to improve skills, keep abreast of best practices and changes to the platform and products.
- Lead and participate in projects related to system enhancements, integrations, and other IT initiatives.
- Collaborate with other business units to understand their goals and provide technical assistance to help achieve them.
- Follow regulatory and policy compliance requirements, which include those efforts in compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Regulations, Identity Theft Red Flags and other compliance-related policies.

This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule (3 days remote and 2 days onsite.)
Exempt Starting Salary Range : $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
