- Order Entry Associate
Responsibilities:
- Enter title and escrow orders into the Closers Choice program, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards.
- Review files for completeness and accuracy during processing.
- Follow standard naming conventions and organizational guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with office personnel to resolve order-related issues promptly.
- Research missing data using multiple websites and resources.
- Perform individual tasks with precision while assisting teammates as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data entry and typing (50 WPH).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines while maintaining high production levels.
- Customer-focused mindset.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma (required).
- 0 to 1 year of data entry experience.
Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
- Notify staff of visitor arrivals and manage inquiries effectively.
- Maintain security protocols and operate telecommunication systems.
- Handle administrative tasks like scanning, copying, mailing, and ordering supplies.
- Ensure a clean and organized reception area by following procedures and regulations.
