You will provide direct support to the site administrator(s) and work closely with students, parents, community members, and staff to ensure a smooth and efficient school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the site administrator(s)
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Perform complex secretarial and clerical duties
- Assist with communication and correspondence
- Ensure compliance with district policies and procedures
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well under pressure and maintain confidentiality
