We're seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering clinical care to residents in accordance with our nursing standards and practices.
- Develop strong relationships with residents and their families through empathetic communication and consistent caregiver approach.
- Assess and evaluate resident clinical conditions, documenting findings and notifying providers as needed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to update care plans and ensure timely interventions.
- Administer medications accurately and safely, adhering to orders and protocols.
