Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide clinical care to residents in our neighborhood according to the nursing standards of practice, board of nursing, and Erickson Senior Living standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with residents and their families using a consistent caregiver approach, focusing on meeting their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
- Assess, observe, and evaluate resident clinical conditions, document findings in the electronic medical record, and notify providers as needed.
- Update or modify care plans to reflect changes in residents' care and service needs.
- Supervise and lead care associates.
- Administer medications timely, accurately, and according to orders.
- Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
- Respond to residents, family, or responsible parties in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in review of clinical indicator reviews – falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use, etc.

Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care preferred.
- Passion for caring for seniors and being a strong resident advocate.
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
