Working closely within the sales team, you will initiate and assist with all customer interactions throughout the sales cycle including telephone sales, in-person appointments, financial interviews, and events.

Compensation: Starts at $22 an hour, commensurate with experience.
How you will make an impact
- Assume a leadership role in both pre-and post-reservation sales processes
- Assess customers’ needs and make decisions on type and quantity of information to provide
- Meet with prospective residents to evaluate their financial status
- Conduct sales appointments, provide community tours and handle customer follow-up activities
- Promote the community and participate in all marketing events and functions
- Participate in community activities and meetings to enhance the relationship between the sales office and other community departments
- Produce professional written communication to prospects and organizational partners
What you will need
Prior experience may be considered in lieu of education on a case by case basis.
Previous sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
Previous experience working with a long sales cycle (12 – 18 months) strongly desired.
Proven technology skills
