Job Title: Data Analyst (Contract)

Location: Westbrook, Maine (Hybrid)

Job Summary

This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data manipulation tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively. This is a hybrid position based in Westbrook, Maine, offering a mix of onsite and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
• Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data pipelines.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data insights.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  
  

Compensation:

• Pay rate: $40 - $60 per hour.
