Job Title: Senior Scrum Master

Location: Northeast US, (Hybrid - Remote with 2 days onsite per week)

Job Summary

This role will be responsible for leading and facilitating Agile Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices, and driving successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Scrum Master roles, a solid understanding of business operations, and the ability to effectively manage multiple initiatives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide and coach Agile teams on Agile values, principles, and practices.
• Identify and remove impediments and blockers for development teams.
• Foster a self-managing and high-performing team dynamic.
• Track and communicate team progress, metrics, and challenges to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to refine backlogs and prioritize work.
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across teams.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with some exposure to the financial sector or related industries.
• Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, ACP) preferred.
• Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a cross-functional setting.
• Solid understanding of business operations, strategies, and objectives.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  
  

Compensation:

• Pay rate: $65 - $95 per hour.
