Are you a Beehiiv expert who knows how to scale and manage newsletters? Do you thrive on optimizing email sequences, working with a team, and creating beautiful reports? If so, we want you on our team. Who We Are We manage and grow multiple high-impact newsletters in the personal development and business space, with an existing audience of 500,000 subscribers.
Now, we’re looking for a Beehiiv specialist to help us take them to the next level—expanding reach, improving engagement, and maximizing monetization.
What You'll Be Doing
Optimizing Beehiiv Setup – Managing lists, segments, automations, and overall platform efficiency.
Improving Subscriber Engagement – Testing & tweaking subject lines, email structures, and call-to-actions to boost open & click-through rates.
A / B Testing & Analytics – Running experiments to improve conversion rates on email signups and in-email ads.
Automation & Email Sequences – Optimizing welcome flows and ongoing sequences to convert free subscribers into paying customers.
What You Need to Succeed
Deep experience with Beehiiv – You know how to fully leverage the platform’s features.
Strong email marketing skills – You understand what gets people to open, click, and engage.
Growth-focused mindset – You can strategize and implement subscriber acquisition campaigns.
Understanding of monetization – You know how to turn newsletters into revenue-generating assets.
Analytical & data-driven – You’re comfortable tracking KPIs and making decisions based on performance.
Bonus Points if You Have :
Experience running Facebook Ads for newsletter growth.
Proven success with sponsorship sales & affiliate marketing.
