As part of a high-performance team working directly with founders and senior leadership, you will have the autonomy to strategize, execute, and optimize large-scale campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget ad campaigns ($100k–$200k / month) across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Lead Utilization : Leverage the extensive Marisa Peer ecosystem of 1 million personal development leads to maximize ROI and drive conversion rates.
- Performance Analytics : Use data-driven insights to track, report, and optimize campaign performance across all key KPIs.
- Budget Oversight : Ensure efficient use of advertising budgets to achieve maximum returns without exceeding thresholds.
- Strategy Development : Collaborate with the leadership team to devise innovative strategies for customer acquisition and brand growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment of ad creatives and messaging with brand guidelines.
