Luxury Retail Operations Associate

Marissa Collections, an established luxury retailer that is based in Naples, is looking for a full-time team member for our Naples location. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, as (s)he will be responsible for learning the back-office aspects of our luxury retail establishment and designing programs for growth and improvement.

Key Required Skills:

• Working knowledge of designers, trends, and luxury product categories
• Strong communication in both writing and verbally
• Detail oriented and the ability to understand sales reports and input the data for proper capture
• Ability to team with those serving the clients on the floor as needed for excellent client experiences
• Ability to prioritize and verify with leadership when unsure
• Full understanding of Microsoft Suite of products with basic accounting knowledge from a retail sales perspective
• Interest in growth within the luxury retail industry

Responsibilities:

• Assist with set-up and break-down of the store on scheduled shifts
• Receive daily sales report and maintain goal sheets
• Document sold items from sales reports daily
• Receive stock and allocate to correct space for merchandising

Manager In Training Responsibilities:

• Organize stock room for efficient tracking and inventory backup multiple times daily, focusing on best practices within the space for optimal client care.
• Audit receipts for accurate taxation, client profile, shipping charges, etc.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales for a minimum of one year is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of retail math for pricing and inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
