Luxury Stylist

Do you have an eye for high-end fashion and a love of helping individuals claim their

personal style?

Can you work with all types of individuals to design experiences versus a purchase?

Marissa Collections, an established luxury retailer that is based in Naples, is looking for

both a full-time and a part-time stylist in our Ritz Carlton location. The ideal candidate will

possess an entrepreneurial mindset, as (s)he will be responsible for running their own

relationship-based business while also working as part of a team within the store.

Our ideal stylist has the following (4) characteristics:

Seeks Knowledge to become the expert in your field: Have a working knowledge of all

products and brands in the store.

Ability to Listen: Engage with the clients to learn the reason for their visit and make

suggestions that meet their needs. While you are the expert in your field, you must have the

ability to ask questions to get to the source of the reason someone chooses to visit the

store.

The Desire to Drive sales (both present and future): Create (or transfer) a client book,

with notes, to make future recommendations and/or appointments, write thank you notes,

and celebrate milestone events. We look for unique selling approaches, as well as

steadfast communication with your clients. Your book is one that will be your foundation to

build your business upon.

An Eye for Detail/Maintains the luxury sales experience: Follow merchandising

guidelines to create a visually appealing environment that is well organized and easy to

shop. Take ownership of your space – the level of care that you put in is reflected in your

environment.

Qualifications:

· At least (2) years of previous experience in luxury retail.

· Capable of lifting 15 pounds.

· Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task while working as part of a

team.

· A professional appearance and demeanor.

· Weekends and holiday hours are required.

*Compensation structure is a hourly base plus commission*
