Summary

We are looking for an individual to provide administrative support to our Production Planning, Logistics, Materials and Manufacturing Management teams. Core responsibilities for this role will be:

Responsibilities

· Ensure the accuracy and completion of all production & testing documentation

· Assist with maintaining production visual aids to ensure they remain up to date

· Provide data entry support for production reporting.

· Sustain existing processes of data collection and tracking process.

· Assist with receiving workflow data entry

· Assist with data entry & reconciliation associated with timecards

· Other tasks as assigned

Education/Skills

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Proven administrative experience

· Clear and concise communication

· Strong time-management skills

· Strong interpersonal skills

• Familiar with Microsoft Office suite (Excell and SharePoint a must)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,600.00 - $52,000.00 per year
