We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in educating our target audience and promoting our company's services and brand image while driving enrollment in all five of our various mental health and SUD programs.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a passion for our programs and the ability to convey their value effectively.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to be on the front lines of brand representation, working in a fast-paced, ever growing organization where your creativity and enthusiasm will have a direct impact on our success.
Maritime Behavioral Health is a management company overseeing several intensive outpatient mental health programs, one intensive outpatient substance use program and one in-patient substance use program. All of these programs are located in Massachusetts, and we have expansion plans for additional programs.
We are immediately opening 2 brand new IOP mental health programs in Boston and Dedham. You will be responsible for getting the word out to hospitals, colleges, doctor's, psychiatrists and therapists. You will educate them about these programs so that we can develop a referral relationship and drive enrollment in the programs.
You will have a vast knowledge about all five of our brands; you will be able to speak about the programs themselves, how they are run, how they help people, the culture and every detail down to our brands feel and voice.
You will build mutually beneficial referral relationships, attend appropriate events, make presentations, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to promote all of our brands.
You will be provided with training & marketing materials.
REQUIREMENTS:
- An outgoing, friendly personality and a desire to meet new people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening skills-must be able to hear what your potential client needs and respond.
- Excellent follow-up skills- you'll be calling, emailing, texting and visiting prospects daily.
- Ability to travel for in person meetings around Metro-Boston, West of Boston and South Shore areas Monday-Friday
- Must be self-managed and able to be in your destination area by 8:30am-9am and finish around 4pm
- Must be passionate about mental health and substance use disorder treatment and be able to explain our various programs
- Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador or in Sales is highly preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills
