Position Overview:
As a Front Desk Team Member, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our pediatric dental practice. You will be the first point of contact for our young patients and their families, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience from check-in to check-out. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, handling inquiries, coordinating patient information, and supporting the overall efficiency of the front office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and their families with a friendly and caring demeanor.
- Manage and schedule appointments, optimizing the appointment calendar for maximum efficiency.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our services.
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth flow of patients through the office.
- Collect and process payments, providing financial information to patients as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental office is required!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
