Responsibilities

- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including workers' compensation and payroll management.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including the usage of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to enhance hiring efficiency.
- Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.
- Utilize data analysis skills to assess HR metrics and make informed decisions regarding workforce planning and development.
- Manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop budgeting strategies related to human resources initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to address concerns, provide guidance, and promote a positive work environment.

- Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices.
- Proficiency in workers' compensation regulations and processes.
- Excellent data analysis skills for interpreting HR metrics and trends.

- Experience with ADP, Smartlinx, Workday, and iCIMS software is preferred.
- Budgeting skills to manage departmental expenditures effectively.
