Risk Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Risk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact residents and their care at our facility. This role requires a strong understanding resident safety, nursing home procedures, and the ability to analyze data effectively to support decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential risks.
• Collect and analyze data related to risk factors, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks, including implementing controls and monitoring systems.
• Negotiate with stakeholders to align on risk management strategies and solutions.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with risk management policies.
• Prepare detailed reports on risk exposure and mitigation strategies for senior management.

Experience

• Nursing license required
• Proven experience in risk management or a related field within the long term care industry.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of nursing home practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
