- Installs, tests, and maintains HVAC equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety
- Inspects and tests equipment to identify defects or malfunctions
- Uses diagnostic tools and equipment to locate and repair problems
- Provides excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers and resolving issues efficiently
- Answers customer inquiries and responds to concerns in a timely manner
- Resolves customer complaints and issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures
- Keeps installation vehicles clean and neat both inside and outside in keeping with the company's professional image
- Cleans and maintains tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training and certification preferred
- 5 years of experience in HVAC technical training or related field required
- Valid licensing or certification as required by federal, state, provincial, or local laws and regulations
- Proficient in operational functionality of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and ability to operate necessary tools and equipment
