Key Responsibilities
This position entails the following key responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety
  • Inspect and test equipment to identify defects or malfunctions
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to locate and repair problems
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers and resolving issues efficiently
  • Answer customer inquiries and respond to concerns in a timely manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training and certification preferred
• 5 years of experience in HVAC technical training or related field required
• Valid licensing or certification as required by federal, state, provincial, or local laws and regulations
• Proficient in operational functionality of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and ability to operate necessary tools and equipment
• Effective communication and time-management skills
